We are looking for one or more proficient German-speaking UX Designers (100% remote) to help us in all stages of the design process.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, visualize and execute all stages of the design process and ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • Visualize data and sketch complex tools and dashboards
  • Think and design mobile
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Plan and facilitate ideation workshops
  • Define User Journeys
  • Organize and execute User Testings, as well as put together reports afterwards
  • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Communicate at the interface between client and team, explain requirements through sketching, in a way that the team can understand and execute accordingly
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends


Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5, preferredly 3+ years of experience in design
  • Native or near-native level of German (this is absolutely mandatory - please don't apply if you don't fulfill this criterion)
  • Proficiency in design software, especially Figma
  • Familiarity in interaction design and information architecture
  • Ability to facilitate workshops
  • Up to date on usability and conversion best practices
  • Up to date on new apps, trends, tools etc
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mind and business acumen
  • Excellent communicator with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
